One account replaces the separate contracts, minimum spends and per-source logins that come with going direct to each data provider. A quiet month costs you the subscription and nothing more. This page is the current pricing schedule referred to in our terms and conditions. All prices exclude GST, and every plan requires a verified, approved account.
The subscription covers the account itself: the seat, role-based access control, the authorised-purpose declaration and the audit log. On top of that you pay only for the searches you run, priced by the sources queried, with no minimum spend and no bundle to use up. Search fees are confirmed at the time your account is issued, and may change on at least one month's notice where practicable. All prices exclude GST.

Every plan requires a verified, approved account
There is no self-service signup and no paid trial. Prices apply once we have verified your identity, your organisation and your authorised purpose, and your account has been approved. All figures on this page are GST-exclusive and shown as plus GST.
Solo covers one verified user at $49 per month plus GST. Team covers up to three users at $99 per month plus GST. Each additional user is $25 per month plus GST, to a maximum of ten users. Above ten users, or where custom integrations or bespoke terms are needed, the account moves to Enterprise.

Billing and payment
Summarised from clauses 11 and 12 of our terms and conditions, which govern in the event of any difference.
- We invoice monthly in arrears for search fees and any additional user fees.
- Invoices are payable within 7 days of the invoice date. You may not withhold payment or make deductions without our prior written consent.
- Overdue amounts carry interest at 4.0% above our prevailing bank overdraft rate, calculated daily on the unpaid portion.
- The costs of recovering unpaid amounts are payable by you.
- Fees are confirmed at the time your account is issued. We may amend fees and, where possible, will give at least one month’s notice of a change.
- We may terminate your use of the service by giving one month’s written notice.
- You may cancel at any time in writing. A monthly subscription fee already paid is not refunded, and we will invoice any remaining fees, including search fees already incurred.
- All fees exclude GST, which is payable in addition.

Pricing questions
How does the per-search fee work?
Every plan is a monthly subscription plus a per-search fee. The subscription covers the account, the access controls and the audit log. The search fee depends on the sources queried and is confirmed at the time your account is issued. Fees may change on at least one month's notice where practicable.
Are the prices exclusive of GST?
Yes. Every figure on this page excludes GST. Solo is $49 per month plus GST and Team is $99 per month plus GST for up to three users.
What does an additional Team user cost?
Team includes up to three users for $99 per month plus GST. Each additional user is $25 per month plus GST, to a maximum of ten users.
What happens above ten users?
Organisations with more than ten users, custom integrations or bespoke terms are handled under Enterprise. Contact us and we will scope it.
Can I pay and start immediately?
No. Every plan requires a verified, approved account. Access is granted after we verify your identity, your organisation and your authorised purpose.
